Acrylic Sheet : 2mm – 18mm in Various Colours and finishes. Available in two types, Cast and Extruded. Cast Acrylic is a thermosetting plastic with a superior surface finish perfect for Laser Cutting & Engraving. Extruded Acrylic leaves a higher gloss finish and thickness tolerance.

Laser Cutting :- Acrylic laser cuts with a highly polished edge. Supplied with protective film on both sides. The film is left on when Laser Cutting, this helps to prevent heat marks and scratching on the front surface.

Raster Engraving :- Cast Acrylic is more suited to Engraving as it leaves a whitened surface creating a clearer finish. As a standard we will remove the top protective film, this however leaves the surface more exposed to heat marking.

Vector Engrave / Cutting :-  As with Laser Cutting, we leave the top protective film on in order to get a more accurate and better finish. This also has the benefit of protecting the surface from scratching and heat marks.
